Ordering
How do I place an order online?
Placing an order with Elegant Smockers is quick and easy! Just follow these steps:
- Browse our website and select the products you’d like to purchase.
- Add to Cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button on each product page.
- Review your Cart and proceed to checkout when you're ready.
- Enter your shipping details and contact information.
- Choose a payment method – Bank Account, Credit or Debit Card – and complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience seamless. These include:
- All major credit and debit cards – Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
- Mobile wallets – ComBank Q+, FriMi, Genie, and iPay
- Instant bank transfers – Powered by HelaPay
Can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (where applicable) with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal. You can use this to follow your package and stay updated on its journey to you.
Can I amend my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. However, if you need to make any changes, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible at online@elegantsmockers.com or +94 72 226 4444, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at online@elegantsmockers.com or +94 72 226 4444.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. If your order has already been processed, we’ll treat the cancellation as a return.

How soon will I receive my order?
Most orders are delivered within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but please note that during promotions, public holidays, travel restrictions, or unforeseen events, your order may take a little longer to arrive.
Can I click and collect in-store?
Yes! For your convenience, you can place your order online and pick it up from any of our showrooms.
Store Pickup Details:
- Orders are usually ready within 1 to 4 business days.
- Please note: Orders including pre-order items may take a little longer to prepare.
- You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to update the delivery address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible at online@elegantsmockers.com or WhatsApp us on +94 72 226 4444 with the new address.
We’ll do our best to make the change before your order is processed, but as our team works quickly to dispatch orders, we can’t always guarantee that changes can be made in time.
*Any increase in delivery charges will need to be covered by the customer.
Can I change my shipping method?
If you need to update the delivery method for your order, please contact us as soon as possible at online@elegantsmockers.com or WhatsApp us on +94 72 226 4444.
Store Pickup to Delivery
- Standard shipping rates would apply for all orders within Sri Lanka.
- Delivery fee is based on the total weight of the order, Rs. 400 upwards.
- Any increase in delivery fee is to be borne by the customer.
Delivery to Store Pickup
- Delivery fee will not be refunded for cash or store credit
Do you ship overseas?
This website currently delivers within Sri Lanka only. However, we’re happy to assist with international orders on request.
If you're outside Sri Lanka and would like to place an order, simply WhatsApp us a screenshot of your cart, and we’ll share the shipping cost and next steps.
We're also working on a dedicated international website with a curated collection and overseas delivery options — launching soon at www.elegantsmockers.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Our online store has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
We do not offer cash refund — only store credit or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original condition along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at online@elegantsmockers.com or on our hotline at +94 72 226 4444, within the return period to inform them about your request.
- Provide the order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Any applicable courier charges to be incurred by the customer.
*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Which products are not eligible for returns?
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
- Personalised or Custom-Made Items
- Intimate Apparel and Undergarments
- Skincare and Cosmetics Products
- Food and Perishable Items
- Final Sale, Clearance or Discounted Items
- Gift Cards or Vouchers
