Can I place an order online?

To place an order online, follow these simple steps:

  2. Add the items to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.
  3. Review the items in your cart and proceed to checkout.
  4. Provide your shipping address and contact information.
  5. Select your preferred payment method and complete the purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods, including all major credit cards, mobile wallets, internet banking systems, bank deposit and cash on delivery.

Can I amend my order after it's placed?

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system, and modifications or cancellations may not be possible. However, if you need to make changes, please contact our customer support at or +94722264444 as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (where applicable) containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal. You can use this information to track the status and location of your package during transit.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Should you need to cancel your order, you may only do so if it has not already been fulfilled by our orders team.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are estimated to be delivered within 2 to 7 business days depending on the delivery location

Our team works hard to ensure a timely delivery, but it may take longer during promotions, public holidays, travel restrictions or any unforeseen delays

Can I click and collect in-store?

Yes! For your added convenience, you can choose to order online, and pick up at any of our stores.

Store Pickup orders will be ready for collection within 1 to 4 business days. *Orders including bedding items may take more than 4 days for pick up.

We will notify you via email once the order is at the showroom, and is ready to be collected.

Can I change my shipping address?

To change the delivery address of your order, kindly contact us immediately at or on our hotline at +94 72 226 4444. We will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed.

As our team works hard to get your orders dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change.

Any increase in delivery fee is to be borne by the customer.

Can I change my shipping method?

Store Pickup to Delivery

  • Standard shipping rates would apply for all orders within Sri Lanka.
  • Delivery fee is based on the total weight of the order, Rs. 400 upwards.
  • Any increase in delivery fee is to be borne by the customer.

Delivery to Store Pickup

  • Delivery fee will not be refunded for cash or store credit
Do you ship overseas?

No, we only deliver within Sri Lanka on this website.

However, we have a dedicated international website (coming soon) at that offers overseas delivery options. If you are located outside Sri Lanka and wish to place an order, please visit our international website for more information on shipping to your country.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Our online store has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

We do not offer cash refund — only store credit or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original condition along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at or on our hotline at +94 72 226 4444, within the return period to inform them about your request.

2. Provide the order number and details of the item you wish to return.

3. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Any applicable courier charges to be incurred by the customer.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Which products are not eligible for returns?

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
